At Online Quran Academy UK, we strive to provide high-quality Quranic education and a positive learning experience for all students. If you are not fully satisfied with our services, we are committed to addressing your concerns fairly and transparently.
1. Free Trial Classes
We offer free trial classes for all new students. This allows you to evaluate our teaching style and services before enrolling. No payments are required until you decide to continue with regular classes.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund if:
- You have purchased a monthly subscription or class package, AND
- You are dissatisfied with the service within the first 7 days of paid classes, AND
- You provide a valid reason for the refund request.
Refunds are not typically granted if:
- More than 7 days have passed since the start of paid classes.
- You miss scheduled lessons without prior notice.
- You request cancellation midway through a month after attending most of your purchased classes.
3. Class Rescheduling & Make-Up Lessons
If you miss a class due to valid reasons (illness, emergency, technical issues), we will arrange make-up classes at no additional cost. If a teacher misses a class, we guarantee a make-up class or adjust your invoice accordingly.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be:
- Processed back to the original payment method, and
- Completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment service.
5. Non-Refundable Payments
Certain payments are non-refundable:
- Registration or administrative fees (if applicable)
- Discounts or promotional package payments
- Completed classes already delivered by the teacher
